IntroductionWhat APRECAP 125MG is used for?
It is used:
- In combination with other medicines?in patients 12 years of age and older to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy (cancer treatment)
- In adults to prevent nausea and vomiting after surgery
Warning & PrecautionsTalk to Doctor
Talk to your doctor before you take this medicine, if you:
- Are allergic to Aprepitant or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
- Have liver disease
Pregnancy & Breast Feeding
- ?you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
Children & Adolescents
- Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years of age
Driving & Using Machines
- Consult your doctor for advice
InteractionsTell your doctor if you are taking,
- Pimozide (antipsychotic)
How to Use- Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
- It can be taken with or without food
- Swallow the medicine?whole with water

- Do not take more medicines than the recommended dose
If you forget to takeAPRECAP 125MG
- If you or the child has missed a dose, contact your doctor immediately
If you stop taking?APRECAP 125MG
- Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells you to do so
Side EffectsLike all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them

Adults:
- Constipation, indigestion
- Headache
- Tiredness
- Loss of appetite
- Hiccups
- Changes in liver function tests
- Decrease in white blood?cell count
- Diarrhea
- Low blood pressure
Children:
- Decrease in white and red blood cell count
- Headache, tiredness
- Diarrhea
- Decreased appetite
- Cough
- Hiccups
